Warranty
PaintLogic Paint Management System Hardware Warranty
  • Computers have a 30-day replacement warranty (Starts the day equipment ships). ComputerLogic will replace defective equipment less than 30 days old with a new item. If the equipment fails after 30 days, ComputerLogic will repair the defective item.
  • Monitors carry a 12-month depot warranty and have a 30-day replacement warranty. (Starts the day equipment ships) ComputerLogic will replace defective equipment less than 30 days old with a new item. If the equipment fails after 30 days, ComputerLogic will repair the defective item. Customer pays to ship the equipment in for service. ComputerLogic will cross ship a replacement monitor to the customer. The defective monitor is repaired and placed into inventory.
  • Printers carry a 12-month depot warranty from the date of shipment. Customer pays to ship the equipment in for service. The defective unit is sent to the manufacturer for repair. Repairs are performed at no charge unless damage is due to neglect. Some printers carry additional manufacturer warranties. The customer handles this warranty directly with the manufacturer.
Dell Warranties
In addition to ComputerLogic's warranties, Dell® Computers are subject to Dell's 3-Year Onsite Warranty, Three-Year Limited Warranty (United States only), and Limited Warranty Coverage During Years Two, Three, and Four (United States only). DYMO Warranty
DYMO® printers are subject to DYMO warranties. DYMO warranties the Label Writer against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original retail purchase. If DYMO receives notice of such defects during the warranty period, DYMO will at its option, either repair or replace printers that prove to be defective.
